E & F Trucking began in the late 1940’s at an unpaved yard under the L on Liberty Avenue in Richmond Hill, New York. Leonard Frisina began his company with one truck and a dream.

In 1954, E & F Trucking was incorporated. In September 1963 the company moved into a larger facility in Lynbrook, New York. As the company grew, E & F received many requests from customers to store their products. With these customers in mind, E & F built its’ first warehouse in Old Bethpage, New York in 1972.

Leo’s sons Richard and Larry joined the company during this time. Over the next 28 years, they worked together, Leo as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Leo passed away in 1994 and Richard retired in 2000.

Today, with Larry at the helm, E & F has grown into a full service logistical management company, with a fleet of modern delivery equipment and over a half million square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse space. With almost 50 years of business experience, E & F has the flexibility to cater to both small and large companies. It has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity and dependability. Today, E & F is headquartered in Bethpage, New York, just 40 minutes from the New York City metropolitan area. Additional facilities are located throughout Long Island and New Jersey.
